When I worked at Avon back in 2016, my favorite part of my day would be to help Betty get ready for her day. She always was interesting to talk to, and was very kind. I remember her always offering some sort of cookie or treat just because she had extras and wanted to share. She always talked about her family (especially her nieces) which showed me how much she loved her family. I wish I had visited her after I had left Avon! I always will remember her and her kindness.

So sorry to hear about Betty's passing away. My mom Julia Arlene McGeary was also in the Avon Nursing Home. Betty and mom sat with each other for their meals. When I was there at lunch time spending time with my mom always enjoyed talking to Betty. Mom passed away March 29,2020.. I am sure Betty missed her... Kathy Langan- Arlene's daughter
Also George always liked playing bingo with Betty and her sister Marge with mom too. Always very jealous of Betty and her sister Marge putting those puzzles together.. With sincere sympathy - George Miller and Kathy Langan

I’m so sorry for your families loss. I enjoyed many visits with Betty when visiting my Grama Julia (Arlene) McGeary at the nursing home. She was a sweet lady, my thoughts are with you all.

Deepest condolences to all of my cousins who took such wonderful care of you and Aunt Margie who made sure all of your wishes were met in your final days. You will always be remembered for your constant smile, your love of baking and overall kindness to all of those around you. I miss those days you would walk the mall and I was able to catch you out and about. You always had a friendly word :-)

So many memories of Aunt Betty. She was larger than life when we were little kids. Always glad to see us. Always glad to tease us. Always overflowing with love for us.
