LIMA - Barb passed away on March 23, 2022 at the age of 91. She is survived by her children William (Betsy) Hochadel of Hornell, Robert (Carolyn) Hochadel of Lima; Donna Walker of Livonia, Pamela Everitt of Mendon, Debra (Wayne) Dinehart of Lima; grandchildren; Tracy (Brian) Moyer, Jennifer (Jason) McPike, Kristine King, Ronald Hochadel, Nicole Walker, Bryon (Julie) Walker, Megan (Carl) Johnson, Jason Coyne, Jesse (Jen) Dougherty, Jillian Dinehart, Danah (Rob) Lowell, Rachel, Melissa, Leann Hochadel; 20 Great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson; several nieces and nephews.
Barb was predeceased by husbands, Ronald W. Hochadel and William L. Sheehan; son-in-law, Thomas Walker.
She was the daughter of the late Leora and Harry Lefler, a renowned wildlife artist; granddaughter of Dr. Harrison Follett, an authority of Cayuga and Seneca Indians. She was a graduate of SUNY Geneseo, a teacher in the Rochester Catholic School System for 33 years.

Family and friends are invited to call Monday, March 28, 2022 from 4 – 7 PM at the O’Connell – Dougherty Funeral Home 2041 Lake Ave., Lima. Her Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 10 AM at St. Rose Church, Lima. Interment St. Rose Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lollipop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, NY 14450 or the Hornell Area Humane Society, 7649 Industrial Park Rd, Hornell, NY 14843.
