Condolence From: Gary A Kozlowski
Condolence: Mere words could never describe the shock and disbelief when we heard of Steve's passing. 'Big Dawg' was larger than life itself, and anyone who knew him would agree. Knowing him was a true gift entailing a genuine friendship that spanned close to four decades. I will never forget and will forever be grateful and proud for the brotherly love he bestowed upon us. Please accept our deepest condolences, while hoping and praying that Jean, Jaclyn, Jarred, and the entire Robertson Family find a sense of comfort during this extremely difficult time.

Condolence: Dear Valerie, Rod and Family, I was absolutely heart-broken when Marie telephoned me Friday morning with the sad news of Stephen's death. I remember, with great fondness, your visits to Nova Scotia and the many fun times at Aunt Shirley and Uncle Roddie's home in Lawrencetown. There was always lots of excitement when our American cousins came to town! Even though we haven't seen each other for a long time, family will always be cherished in our hearts. My Mom, Hazel, and Uncle Roddie will be
sure to wrap their arms around Stephen and hold him just as closely as I wish we could hold you during these difficult days. Love, Cynthia Kennedy-Davies

Condolence From: Bernie Gardner
Condolence: As a coach of the HFL cross country running, Nordic skiing and track teams, it was my pleasure to have Steve “Big Dawg”, as he was known at HFL, drive us to many a practice or event.

Looming larger than life, when he initially introduced himself to me, my first thought was “This man makes a BUS look small”.

It was always a treat to have him pilot our team, as he was truly the “Most interesting Man in the World”.

I viewed each of his trips, as another chance to hear about some new aspect of Steve’s past or present.
It seemed that where we mere mortals have daily developments, “Big Dawg” had daily adventures.

Steve’s grilling enterprise fascinated me.
I have been all over the world, but never have a met anyone who had invented and sold their own barbecue sauce!
What an original!

My condolences go out to his family and friends, and my prayers are with you.

Bernie Gardner, Honeoye Falls Lima Coach.

Condolence From:
Condolence: Rod, Jean, Jaclyn, and Jarred,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I have so many great memories of Stevie, but what resonates the most was the love and respect he had for his family and friends. He always had time to talk and laugh about whatever you wanted to talk about. Whenever you were with him, you always knew he had your back, no matter what. I am going to miss him dearly, but every time I reflect on a memory of Stevie, I smile. Whether it was fishing in Panama, grilling on Cape Cod, riding snow mobiles in NY, being chased by him while he wore a Viking Mask at Rod’s house, or a not so safe flight to and from Costa Rica, I smile. He was bigger than life, and his memories will live forever. God Bless Big Man, you will be missed.

Condolence: Haven't seen Stephen in quite a while. But we do remember his emu adventure as we had visited the farm at that time. Such an undertaking all for the meat and the fine oils they produced, A lot of fun and hilarious moments thinking about Stephen and Jean's venture. Love and God bless Uncle Rich and Aunt Sandy
