Phylliss J. DuBois

AVON - September 3, 2018 at age 73. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, John W. DuBois Jr.; son, Robert (Heidi) DuBois of Avon; sisters, Sheila (Donald) Hurlburt, Polly A. Davin; granddaughters, Angel Rae, Taylor Ann DuBois; brother-in-law, Charles L. DuBois Sr.; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Faith Ann DuBois; sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Richard Bouche.
