She is survived by her husband, Thomas; children, Thomas Poulton Jr., Patty Jane Poulton, Eddie Poulton, Matthew (Kerry) Maier, Rachel (Christopher) Strauss; 2 grandchildren, Marisa and Connor; sister, Paula (Chris) Ericksen; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday 4-8PM at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 350 Genesee St., Avon. Her Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday 10AM at St. Agnes Church, 96 Prospect St., Avon, NY 14414. Interment will be held privately in Florida. Memorials may be made to St. Agnes Church.
